基本定款の変更方法を教えて下さい。

会社の基本定款（articles of incorporation）の変更は、原則、議決権の過半数を有する株主の同意に基づき、Registrarに対して変更事項を記載した変更定款（articles of amendment）または変更前の基本定款（articles of incorporation）に変更事項を反映した変更後基本定款（restated articles of incorporation）の届出を行い、手数料を納入することにより行います。
